We invite you to explore the various online resources we have available for students and parents to use to support their wellbeing from home.

If you don’t feel comfortable speaking to another teacher or family member about something worrying you, please click the image below to send a direct message to our school counsellors.

You should use this resource if you:

  • Are worried about something
  • Have issues with your sleep pattern
  • Feel like you are using your phone or console too much
  • Feel a bit sad and you don’t know why

Every year, Australia marks a national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that every day is the day to ask ‘R U OK?' to support those struggling with the ups and downs of life.

Building positive habits are essential to every child's transition from high school and adulthood.
