Looking after your wellbeing
Part of your wellbeing is how healthy you are feeling, and how happy you are with your body. Some of you may find being inside too long very challenging.
We have designed some indoor activities you can do.
These exercises will get your heart rate up, and if you do them for 20-30 minutes every day, you will feel healthier and happier in no time.
This schedule is for 14 days. Each day has 4-5 activities to complete- you can add and subtract activities when you want. You will do these activities in a circuit- one activity will follow the other. Do four rounds of each circuit daily for 20-30 minutes. Take a quick break between each circuit.
These are all friendly for indoor spaces.
